You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on The PRISM™ Method without explicit written permission from YourGrowthSphere.

3. Content Creation and Ownership

Any content created by YourGrowthSphere on behalf of the client becomes the property of the client upon full payment of invoices. However, YourGrowthSphere retains the right to use this content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary resources as agreed upon in individual service contracts. Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to provide services.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements. Our 90-day results guarantee is subject to full implementation of The PRISM™ Method as instructed. Refunds are provided at the discretion of YourGrowthSphere and are not automatic.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained on this website and in The PRISM™ Method are owned by or licensed to YourGrowthSphere and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.
